Stand up and be counted
Thus spoke the Finance Minister
The budget that I discounted
Attempts to heal some blisters
Loans need not be payed
If taken by a farmer
The Harvard Don thus swayed
Am not a Snake Charmer
You buy Wheat and Rice
At Minimum support price
At Double Price you import
This is your support
You ban futures trading
cause' its price escalating
Is that so astounding
Tis' unwanted speculating
